Project Details:
In the SCE Group Funworld project, Bimodeling utilized BIM models to achieve optimizations in the refinement of construction drawings for various systems, construction feasibility analysis, and the 3D visualization. The application of the BIM models significantly enhanced the accuracy of the design drawings, reducing the number of conflicts and errors found in the traditional blueprints. For the purpose of construction feasibility analysis, BIM aided the team in examining the project's viability in greater detail, which contributed to a successful execution. Additionally, the 3D visualization features allowed the stakeholders to intuitively comprehend the design plans and construction progress, improving the efficiency of the communication and decision-making process.

While creating the BIM model in the SCE Group Funworld project, Bimodeling integrated the Revit modeling technology in coordination with the Civil 3D software. It established multidisciplinary models for the project, in-depth analysis and simulation from multiple perspectives, optimization of the spatial structures, improved design solutions, and shortened construction timelines.
