Powerlong City, Shanghai consists of six high-rise buildings and aims to create a key regional large-scale urban destination, integrating shopping, dining, leisure, entertainment, and business. Upon completion of this project, it will feature high-density and diversified commercial activities, along with a pedestrian-friendly green environment suitable for city work, it is set to become a vibrant hub and popular gathering place for the local community.


Project Details:
Bimodeling empowered BIM technology to optimize construction drawings across various disciplines; performed feasibility analyses, generated 3D visualization simulations, and offered on-site MEP construction guidance. This approach fundamentally enhanced the design optimization, polished construction quality, and ultimately shortened the project timeline.
