Project Overview:

Grand Hyatt Hefei is located on the 55th floor of China Resources Tower A and is directly connected to the China Resources MixC shopping complex, offering easy access to transportation nearby. The hotel's interior design was inspired by The Peach Blossom Spring, a renowned prose work by the ancient Chinese poet Tao Yuanming. The design seamlessly blends in the natural elements into the interior spaces, featuring a contemporary style with details that highlight local cultural elements.

In the Grand Hyatt Hefei project, Bimodeling conducted point cloud scanning of the entire hotel to create a BIM model that aligned with the actual site dimensions, including architectural, structural, facade, MEP, interior fit-out, and FF&E models. The application of the BIM facilitates visualization and integrated information management, enhancing both the quality and efficiency of entire lifecycle management significantly.
