Project Date: July 7th, 2021
Project Location: 188 Kaiyue Road Tangshan, Hebei Province, China, 063001
Project Scope: Basement and Shopping Mall Main Structure
Total Construction Area(Include Basement): 148,297.87m2 (Over 1,596,265 sqft)
Project Overview:
The SCE Funworld project involved capturing spatial data (both in 2D and 3D) of the existing structure of the buildings using the handheld laser scanners. It facilitated in addressing the absence of original construction documentation and geometrical data for these buildings, and resolving any discrepancy between the actual building conditions upon completion and the initial construction plans.
Project Details:
Generate a point cloud model by scanning buildings to obtain point cloud data, thus assisting in specifying the perfect renovation design schemes.

3. Missing Floor Plans
Using the collected point cloud data and relevant professional software such as model simulation software, several missing original drawings were successfully reverse-engineered.
4. BIM Modeling
By incorporating the point cloud scanning and TruView Panorama, the BIM model is generated, enabling customers to directly view every aspect of the project.

2. TruView Panorama
With accurate point cloud data, users can directly measure dimensions, elevation differences, and other relevant information between any two points on site using the software, enabling real-time monitoring of construction progress from anywhere.
